Bought a uniform for my child in store - Gursimran the owner was extremely friendly, have been in three times in total now, always has a smile on his face
Excellent customer service and extremely polite. I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency of service. We were in and out within 15 minutes! The gentleman serving us was able to judge accurately the sizes we need by just looking at my son. We quickly tried on and the sizes were spot on. The stress of uniform shopping was taken off our shoulders thanks to the gentleman helping us, he even made sure we were aware of how to correctly mould the gum shield we had also purchased.
Very expensive they charge different in shop then online. Really cheat people - all school should not recommend this uniform place
Bought a jumper for my son from this shop, wish if I had a choice! Wool coming off even after 5th wash! There are lots of ways to make lots of money but not from school uniform!
This shop have been given the license from schools to rob people. Someone should take notice as they are charging 4 times of the prices for uniforms only because it has school logo on it.
Poor quality clothes...Castleview uniform: black PE cardigans cannot be washed in the washing machine as they will shrink, red jumpers bleed when washed so make sure you do not mix with light colours such as white as it will stain the other clothes...overall very bad quality especially as the clothes are expensive. It’s a shame we don’t have anywhere else to go...hopefully regulation comes into force some day to give people more choice when it comes to school uniform purchases!
Wonderful service and extremely helpful staff. I went to the shop for the first time and was overwhelmed by the kindness and helpfulness of their staff. Been here before for school uniforms and never had any issues. And now bought some shirts for my company. Definitely the place to go for customized work wear. Excellent quality and personal service, fantastic job!
Good enough service. I went here 5th Feb and although they were not open prompt at 9am and I did have to come back later on, I can't really say the gentleman wasn't helpful, because he was. There were some works going on in the shop on the day and the shop assistant wasn't actually in the shop as the worker had to call out for him from outside on the street somewhere. He tried his best to help me, was polite too. Although the exchange or refund policy is only a week, would be nice to have at least 2 weeks to give people enough time to go back and forth, but no real issues with the service. I took my time and didnt feel rushed, he showed me different sizes to compare against others. Oh and affordable pricing. Thought I was going to spend a lot more!
Do not trust this shop to supply your schools latest uniform! When Marish Primary updated their uniform, parents rushed to this shop to purchase new uniforms with the latest logos and were knowingly supplied with outdated items. When confronted the owner about this, I was basically told the onus was on me to spot the difference. He also stated that he was not running a charity and had to offload his old stock. This attitude to customers annoyed me, his condescending look, and passing the blame onto the school resulted in me slightly raising my voice. At which point I was told I am know BANNED form the store. So know I have no choice, I can never give them my money again! Result!!
oh my lord! The seams of my son's school jumper that cost me £14 came undone after one weeks wear. my husband took it back and the owner said 'no! the jumper has been pulled apart!' well to set the record straight, my son was not pulled around! i called him and the convo went 'hi parji brother in Punjabi my husband just came and you refused to exchange my sons jumper after wear of a week.. im disappointed!' well.. he went berserk! told me to do what i wanted, go where i wanted and he wasnt going to exchange! he was shouting, threatening and had me shaking. please do not tolerate this behaviour! report them!! no customer experience or skills whatsoever! we have consumer rights.
