Excellent stay overall  with polite and professional staff. This stay was for business but would happily stay with my family and friends. Nobody really likes to stay away for business so when away from home the more comfortable and relaxing the better. This ticked most if not all boxes.

The room was a bit disappointing in terms of size and decor but the shower was fantastic! Staff are lovely and helpful. Would stay again especially in a more updated room.

Currently staying here.was a little disappointed to get a room with 2 single beds but once pushed together was fine.the beds are comfy but the pillows not so much.The evening meal was nice, apparently they have a new menu.and they have sky sports in the bar..nice bonus.breakfast was nice also but make sure to ask for a fried egg as only scrambled is on display.its a bit out of the way from most things but I'm here on business so no bother.overall good hotel with  spacious rooms,nice selection of food and alcohol and at a good price...would recommend.

Great hotel I have stayed there for 15 years and I still keep going back. Staff are very helpful and friendly atmosphere, I would recommend it for business or pleasure....

Good hotel for visiting the Zoo and Tamworth Castle etc.Food on site and tasty.Well catered for .Accommodation on grd floor generally and staff looked after us at breakfast.
