Nice Apple Store and looks really good inside, but the queue was just too long. Had to wait way more than expected which made the whole visit a bit frustrating. For such a big store on Regent Street I thought it would be managed a bit better. Overall okay experience but definitely room to improve the waiting time.
Love this store, it’s the best store in London. The Apple Team are so vibrant and helpful. Today I attended a ‘Video on iPhone’ Free Apple workshop hosted by Tom and Sahj. Great workshop, everything was explained well and clear examples demonstrated. I learnt so much. Thank you so much!
Went in for a Genius Bar appointment. Kept waiting but understandably the shop was busy - not too problematic got good advice when I was eventually seen. Decided that a new phone was best course of action so had an appointment to see someone to talk through options. Waited for 20mins after my appointment time so asked a staff member what the delay was. Waited 10 more minutes without being acknowledged so decided to leave.
just picked up my new macbook and the experience was brilliant. all the staff members i interacted with were lovely, and looking round the shop i could see they were passionate and enthusiastic when speaking to customers. when i got to the store, i realised i preferred a different colour and daniel i believe that was his name and another colleague were extremely helpful in advising me on the best options of changing my order and sorted it all out for me in store. the whole pick up and exchange process took less than 30 minutes, and daniel was friendly, knowledgable and efficient and a fellow fan of the citrus neo colour!! . thank you for a great experience on what i’m sure was a very busy day for the shop :
