First time through the process of upgrading phone 14 to 17. Calm atmosphere despite hundreds of people in there. Good price for trade in, staff professional, anticipated lots of waiting, fortunately the setup area was separate from the main public area. No toilets could be an issue for some. Strongly recommend getting early appointment slot.
The staff were friendly and helpful at the time of purchase. However, when an issue arose later—especially during a busy period when the manager was involved—the after-sales experience was disappointing and felt dismissive.nnIt was clear that the store was focused on sales efficiency, which I understand, but this came at the cost of meaningful support once a problem appeared.nnIf you are simply buying a product, this store can offer good service. However, if you expect a reliable follow-up experience after your purchase, I would recommend choosing a different Apple Store.
I would like to say a big thank you to Cain at the Apple Store on Regent Street in London. As a tourist, I was having trouble charging my phone, and Cain was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He went out of his way to assist me and made sure everything was working properly. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly made my visit much more pleasant. Excellent customer service — thank you, Cain!
Probably the most popular, but also the most beautiful apple store in the city. Located in the historical building, with amazing architecture.nThough I don't know how the system works here. Probably appointment needed. Sometimes sales persons are not able to answer simple questions. But let it be ;
