Today I met a staff member who was like an evil god in this Apple store. His attitude was bad and made me feel very angry and dissatisfied. Originally, I came to this store to replace my old phone with a new one. The order taker heard me saying that I wanted to replace the screen, so what happened happened. At that time, I found the first receptionist, and she said that I had already signed, and signing means that you agree to replace the screen. I said that maybe you have misunderstood me, and then she found this evil god Jon, who came up and said directly that I signed and agreed to replace the screen. I explained to him that I signed this, but I really don’t need to replace the screen, I just want to replace it. It's a new phone, the screen is very good, why should I waste another £349? It is my responsibility after I signed, no matter what my reason is, this is a fact, but Jon's attitude is really incomprehensible, bad attitude, rude tone. Even if it is the customer's responsibility, we should not deal with things with a bad attitude. I feel sad that Apple has such people. I always thought that my evaluation of Apple was excellent, but this staff member Jon made me feel that he is not worthy of being an Apple employee. He has no education and treats customers impolitely. I hope that the management of Apple can find the problem in time. I will continue to complain about Jon.

After several years, I upgraded my tech out of necessity. As I ordered a couple of things, and used one of their services I visited this store, twice in the last few days.nnOn the second occasion a very kind Apple staff member, told me about, ‘Today at Apple,’ which essentially is a series of FREE classes. Based upon my questions, he recommended two classes and 2 instructors.nnSo, here I was again, my third time at the Apple Store : nnWhat can I tell you? As someone wanting to up their content creation game, personally and professionally, I found both of the classes incredibly helpful!nnThe instructors, Tom and Ashley assisted by Dave and another lovely chap were amazing!!!nnThe classes were fun and interactive and I learnt sooo much!!nnMoreover, my mindset regarding the creation of content has changed for the better, of course!nnI met another lovely lady and honestly, it was such an inspiring and fun time, I will definitely be back for more!!!nnTom and Ashley, thank you for your expertise and kindness. It was such a worthwhile trip!!!nnI hope to see you again soon!!!nnTo anyone reading this from Apple, please give these chaps a bonus including Dave and helper and to anyone else, sign up for a class!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
I had a wonderful experience with Sarah, who was incredibly patient and attentive. She thoughtfully answered all my questions, and thanks to her guidance, I left with the perfect Apple Pencil for my studies. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!
