Following a complete renovation and redesign, an amazing space if you know what to look for.

Note the details flowing together. The high tech celling with adjustable height. The lights which use ambient lighting sensors to adjust lighting levels to outdoor conditions. The incredibly discreet ventilation system hidden by the entrance and being product displays. 

Ask the staff about these architecture fun facts and don't let the crowds overwhelm you. More seating than a typical Apple Store as well.

The best customer service ever from the amazing Luke this afternoon. Everything an outstanding ambassador & brand advocate should be & way way more. A huge welcoming smile, warm engaging manner, technically faultless, nothing was too much trouble, friendly, sharing & generous with his time, informative. An absolute delight to spend time with, outstanding on so many levels.thank you so much for a thoroughly enjoyable experience today at your store. Never forget the difference you make to your customers. Thank you & congratulations, the world needs more people like you..I’d give you a job tomorrow. Ps loving the watch.

I wasn’t lucky. First two Apple employees were great. But as I got back, the other employee was dismissive and a bit rude, telling me I could not wait 10min upstairs to receive my phone. Then another one told me Apple would not replace the battery because there was a damage inside. I understand that in a certain extend, but still I don’t think it’s fair to refuse the exchange of the battery since everybody knows Apple deliberately undermined their customers’ phones battery life so that they would have to buy more of their phones. I’ll write the headquarters about it.

I walked in today at noon hoping to get a battery replacement for my iPhone 6. They said I could see someone in half an hour. 10 minutes later I got a text to say I could see someone. The genius told me my battery was 80% worn out. I said I would like a new battery and was told it was £25. I asked them to change it. It would be ready at 3.20pm. I went back later and it was done. They advised I turn the phone off once a week in future. The service was good and better than buying a new phone.

Great service and friendly staff. The store is perfectly located just down Oxford Circus Underground station. My fiance had a broken screen and they replaced it the same day. The lady who was assisting her was so helpful. You can prebook your service appointment thus you can skip waiting there for hours.
