I love going to Anytime Fitness ! The staff is so nice, and you can do whatever kind of workout you want (cardio /strength training). The studio is also available, whether you want to join a class (cycling, yoga, pole dance, circuit training, Zumba, etc.), or use it on your own. The membership is a bit pricey, but I think it still reasonable considering you can go whenever, and as many times a month you want. For those who like to exercise later in the day, the gym can be busy around 4-5pm, but is relatively quiet in the middle of the afternoon.

Has improved under new management. Welcoming, clean and consistently what you would expect. As with any gym, between 6 -8pm it gets very busy but plenty of facilities to alternate.

Nice spacious place. Nice selection of work out equipment. Staff are friendly. Parking easy. Got a nice choice of classes which are included in your membership. Refer friends or family and gain discounts. **Update after 5 months** Still a nice Gym however it feels like the place is getting too small now. Too many members at peak times. (Maybe time to buy the building next door??) Expansion needed!

I personally love the yoga and pole classes , there is a lot of fitness machine available here for everyone
