Antrim Flooring Company

Worst company I have ever dealt with. So disorganised. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I used this company to carpet the upstairs of my house bar one room. They ended up having to discount a couple of hundred pounds off the order as so many mistakes were made. We then needed the other room carpeted 8 months down the line. They had no record of the order and what the carpet was. Took me several days to even get someone on the phone. Was told that they would be out to measure and nobody arrived. I then gave them an opportunity to rectify the problem was told the guy would be here at 5pm... 6.15 and still nobody has arrived. Conall is nice to deal with and he tries his best but the resources aren't there and it seems the owner of the company is so disorganised! Avoid at all costs!!!

Not impressed today at all joiner went to pick up my order to be told "sold out" of underlay floor cant be laid till friday room sitting stripped ready for work not happy at all

Liked the presentation of the showroom and Dominic was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can recommend to anyone. A++
