Came in today to find a bag that I saw online and as soon as I entered the shop. A lady with black hair approached me with the warmest welcome and complimented my hair. I know it’s not related to buying products but it put a smile on my face, the little things make your experience worth while, with how lovely she was. The team on women’s wear were swift with helping me find the product I was looking forward and felt very at ease Xx
Terrible customer service in Leeds Store. They wouldn't even help look on their tablet to see if another sized item of clothing was in stock elsewhere Rude, inexperienced with glum looking faces. You'd think they'd be happy to take all your money in such an expensive store. Diabolical. Stay clear. Minus -0 star in my books
Was served by a very lovely lady called Clare today I think it was Clare, long bob, grey dyed hair, she was so lovely, cheerful and sweet! Preferred her to some of the other staff there. Will definitely be returning xx
Love this shop staff helpful but unfortunately couldn't nit afford to buy anything yet but got some birthday ideas.
I visited this Flannels location earlier today and was astonished. Aesthetically, the store does not have a high end finish one would hope at a Flannels location, there are scratches all over the paintwork, the mirror within the elevator looks as though it has been half installed and the floors are filthy. Perhaps this is higher management not paying enough attention this particular store or, it is the staff’s incompetence to ensure the store is looking it’s best - i assume from my experience today with the staff it is the latter. Two individuals in particular displayed horrendous behaviour within their so called ‘work place’, one caucasian male with brown hair was obnoxiously laughing and seemingly flirting with his female caucasian ginger haired colleague, i am shocked as to how they have secured and kept their position at Flannels as i suspect this is common behaviour. The ginget haired female was shouting how she was going for some ‘scran’ to the assumed manager who took no interest in her shocking attitude and this was met with her male colleague laughing extremely loudly. Me and my partner felt extremely uncomfortable by their presence and felt as though we were perhaps at a weatherspoons on a Saturday and not a high end establishment. I do not know who is responsible for recruitment at this particular Flannels location but perhaps they should reconsider who they hire as they lost 2 valuable customers today. I would suggest spending your time at some of the establishments within the Victoria Quarter and not this location if you want to be treat with some respect and receive genuine customer service.
Special occasion experience well worth the cost the episodes were amazing.
For the amount of money I spend here, the customer service is always horrendous. I am made to feel tiny and the staff are rude, unhelpful and may as well not. I do not shop here nor any other flannels store anymore.
Shop here quite a lot, but few times I have been here, It seems like the staff like to follow around Asain lads making them feel very uncomfortable to shop in ease staff have racist mindsets thinking they will steal. English people are not followed like Asians or black people as I have observed . Wouuld rather go selfridges
Both a Belgrave item for £300 got home to notice it was damaged and ripped slightly at the back, took it back today and was advised they can’t accept it back in that condition. Manager small blonde petite lady was rude, very unhelpful and walked off shaking her head. Not even an apology. Shocking customer service from the Flannels in Medowhall. When you pay this kind of money for one item you expect better customer service.
Both my partner & myself purchased items we have never seen anywhere else. If you like designer labels this is the shop. I challenge anyone to come out of this shop empty-handed.
