Story

Anne Priscilla is one of Glasgow's most luxurious bridal salons with bridal consultants who strive to ensure brides-to-be recieve the best experience possible when searching for their perfect dress!

Our beautiful salon is located in Glasgow city centre's 'Merchant City' less than 5 mins from Glasgow's two main train stations (Central and Queen Street).

Anne Priscilla has a magnificent range of bridal dresses from designers including Stewart Parvin, Sassi Holford, Stephanie Allin, Jenny Packham, Augusta Jones, Pronovias, Benjamin Roberts, Enzoani and Blue by Enzoani.

It has a seperate floor dedicated to bridesmaid dresses from designers such as JLM, Alvina Valenta, Lazaro, Dessy, Jasmine and Veromia.

Anne Priscilla also offers a range of bridal accessories, including veils, headdresses, jewellery and shoes from designers including Polly Ewards, Joyce Jackson, Halo and Rainbow Club.

I had a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress from Anne Priscilla. During my first appointment, I sent over a range of styles I was veering towards and the stylist selected looks for me to try that were perfectly suited to me. At this appointment I was made to feel so special and was able to spend a good amount of time wearing each dress and retrying on certain styles too. Once I purchased my dress, the team were so helpful in talking me through my dress, storage and any alterations. I was able to book further appointments to try accessories and veils. Each appointment I had in store, I was made to feel as though it was the only appointment they had that day and was never rushed. The staff at Anne Priscilla are extremely friendly, calm and knowledgeable. I was delighted with the dress I chose and the alterations I had. It fit perfectly. I felt amazing on my wedding day and can’t thank the Anne Priscilla team enough for making my wedding dress shopping experience as seamless and stress free as they did!
I’m extremely grateful to the Team at Anne Priscilla, especially Lucy who was patient, attentive and worked to find the perfect outfit for me. She’s listened to the vision I had, and using her experience & creativity, brought out options that not only matched this but exceeded it. All whilst staying well within budget and shorter timeframe we had until the wedding. The tailoring was spot on, the service was excellent and the shop felt spacious even on the busier days. My friends and family were blown away with the outfit, and said it couldn't have been more ‘me’. Thank you again to Lucy and the AP Team
I can’t put into words how amazing the experience at Anne Priscilla was. The day couldn’t have been any better & it was just an absolutely perfect experience. I booked the VIP appointment & felt so catered to and not rushed in any way. I could not recommend them enough. I was a bit nervous coming into the appointment but Karen made me feel so at ease, she’s just absolutely brilliant. Thanks a million to Anne Priscilla for helping me find “the dress”.
Our experience with this bridal shop was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we paid the wedding dress, the customer service has been abysmal. Firstly, we were blatantly lied to regarding the pinning of the dress for alterations. Lucy, the sales person, was solely focused on making the sale and assured us in front of four eye witnesses that the dress would be pinned for alterations. However, when we went to pick up the dress, the person handing it over refused to pin it, completely contradicting what we were promised. Moreover, despite the shop offering in-house alteration services, we were never informed about the costs or given any estimation. Imagine our shock when we discovered that the alterations would cost a staggering 50% of the price of the dress itself! This crucial information was deliberately withheld from us during the purchase. The final straw was the utter lack of customer service. Our phone call to address these issues was met with unreasonable responses and a complete lack of interest in rectifying their mistakes. The staff showed no desire to provide any solution or even acknowledge their errors. In summary, this bridal shop offers a terrible customer service experience once they have your money. Do not use them unless you are prepared to deal with deceitful practices and unhelpful staff. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your wedding dress.
I feel so lucky to have been able to get my dress in Anne Priscilla. My first appointment was with Heather and she absolutely knew what my vision was! I felt so comfortable with her and even months later when I contacted her she was totally there to help me! My revisit appointment was with Jenna. She was amazing and going through the design process for an aspect of the dress and also created a second look that I absolutely LOVE. I’m someone who always likes time to decide and Jenna really made me feel like I had that time. This made me feel completely ready to say Yes! Thank you so so much to all of the ladies for making my journey with Anne Priscilla so special already
WOW! I just want to say a massive thank you to Jenna for the most amazing experience. First time trying on wedding dresses’ and just loved every second of it. I ended up buying the perfect dress. My mum, sister and I had an appointment this morning for my wedding dress and the day beyond exceeded our expectations. Lucy was so calm, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring the entire time. I was a bit nervous but she made me feel really at ease. She was able to tell us about the dresses and really quickly narrow down a selection for me to try. It was such a special, emotional day and we could not have asked for a better experience. I didn’t feel any pressure from Lucy but felt really well looked after. Thank you Lucy for helping me find my dream dress and for the most special experience that we will never forget!
My whole experience at Anne Priscilla from chatting to the team when initially booking a bridal appointment to walking into the store was lovely. My stylist Heather was amazing and so supportive! She really listened to how I felt in each dress and I really appreciated her honesty. Finding my dress was a dream come true and my entire experience at Anne Priscilla was magical!
I had the perfect bridal shopping experience at Anne Priscilla! Jenna was incredible, she immediately understood my vision for my day and the dress options to fit with my style. She was a wonderful advisor throughout the process and helped to accessorise each option we considered. Cannot recommend AP and Jenna highly enough!
