I rang to order some flowers for my auntie. I live a long way away, so just had to google local florists. The person on the phone didn’t even know the arrangements advertised on the website! She acted like I was asking for a Big Mac from a florist! “Oh, never heard of that before, we’ll have to look it up!”. Hang on, this is a product on YOUR website, and not to mention that it’s an autumnal bouquet, in autumn - surely one of the most popular items at this time of year?! This didn’t give me much confidence about ordering from them. She also didn’t know the area I wanted the flowers delivering to, and wasn’t at all helpful regarding the delivery times I was asking for (I wanted them before or after my auntie I left for work). I made my decision based on this experience to order from Janet’s flowers instead. Much more professional and willing to help (and they’ve delivered the most gorgeous bouquet, on time as promised). Lost business due to poor product knowledge and customer service I’m afraid!

Absolutely brilliant service, and so quick, Mum was delighted with her flowers, thanks it means a lot as our flight to her got cancelled due to bad weather and we couldnt be there for her 80th Birthday.

We were so pleased with the flowers for the funeral of our Dad/Husband that Anns Flowers arranged for us. They were outstanding and just what we wanted. Excellent service and attention to detail. We will definitely be using them in the future. Many thanks to all at Anns Flowers.

Have used this florist 3 times. Always the same. Absolutely incredible quality, and more flowers for your money. Flowers last a good while. I just sent a large bunch of lillies to a friend for her birthday. The picture she sent of them was a shock - they were huge! Best florist in Eastbourne.
