Story

We are Ginger Lily, a contemporary florist near Preston Park in Brighton. We specialize in weddings and create beautiful floral designs from small jam jars to huge martini vases.

We would love you to see you in store and throw your ideas around with us, colour schemes, themes and all the little bits. We will pluck the best ideas from the depth of your subconscious and come up with eye-catching flower designs bespoke to you.

Ginger Lily provided the amazing bouquets and table greenery for our wedding last weekend. The floristry was absolutely wonderful, it was exactly what we were after for the rustic tables we had in mind, and the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were splendid. They did a great job of checking exactly what sort of colours and flowers I would like in the bouquets beforehand, delivery was bang on time and everything was of a really high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectation. I live in the U.S. and simply ordered online in the evening and this stunning bouquet was delivered the next day. Very reasonably priced for excellent service all around. Thank you!!!

The flowers that Ginger Lily presented for my father's funeral were amazing, they captured just what we wanted, as a diver they had created a beautiful underwater coral reef for him.

Absolutely beautiful beautiful flowers, ordered these for my wife's birthday. Originally they was going to be delivered to her place of work but a last minute change of plan, I didn't realise my wife was working from home instead on the day of expected delivery. Emailed the Ginger Lily to explain the situation. They couldn't been more helpful. The flowers arrived at our home address before expected time. Social distancing was maintained by the delivery guy. My wife of 20 years and this is the first time I've ordered flowers. That's bad of me  The flowers was absolutely beautiful and well arranged. I was very happy to find Ginger Lily Florist Shop which allowed me to surprise my daughter for her day with a delivery schedule of a bouquet for May 1st! Order placed online from Italy. The flowers arrived at the time I indicated and they were absolutely fantastic. My daughter was very happy with the gift she received. Thanks Laszlo.

We left it until two weeks prior to our wedding to organise flowers I know!. Angela and the team were absolute professionals, and rose to the challenge to help even though they had a full booking of weddings on that same date. Totally flexible and willing to help, detail to personal touches, and a great sense of humour you need that with us, the service provided was top notch. We had 2 x bride bouquets, 2 x bridesmaid bouquets and 7 button holes which were beautiful! Also, completely unexpected, a gift from the team at Ginger Lily to congratulate us on our wedding day - so sweet!! Highly recommend x

The most perfect and beautiful wreath for my Grandads funeral.  Extremely polite and professional on the phone and a simple ordering process on the website.  Thank you so much Ginger Lily Florists for an absolutely perfect 5 star service.  Highly recommend.

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience buying from Ginger Lily and the communication thereafter so wanted to be honest and let others know before they purchase from them.  On the positive side, the quality, delivery, and ease of service were all excellent and I cannot fault them there.  However, after deciding to pay extra for a large bunch, when the flowers arrived they were much smaller than expected. I emailed back to let them know and was quite surprised that Angela was not understanding at all and actually a little patronising in her response – stating that the bunch looked smaller as it was in a small vase...  Ordinarily, I would expect this sort of arrangement for £30 and cannot imagine how small the standard bunch must be, if this is the large. Applying the same logic, I cannot see how an additional £10 would translate to such an increase in stems for the luxury pictured.  I can see below that Angela is often argumentative and dismissive when people leave negative reviews, so will leave it up to you to make your own judgement, but I don't think I will be ordering from Ginger Lily again.
