Amazing service for flower delivery! The flowers were ordered for next day delivery, for a mother’s day present. I chose the smallest bouquet option and it was BEAUTIFUL. Smelt amazing and gorgeous spring choices. My mum was extremely happy and even said the delivery man was “very charming” as well! Thanks guys will definitely use again!

I rang from Australia Xmas Eve requiring delivery the same day. The lovely lady that took my order on the phone was very helpful and patient. I thought by leaving it to the last minute my choice would be restricted but I was asked what I would like to order. I asked for a classic arrangement with white lillies and that the arrangement had to be easily transportable for my mother in law. I have just faced timed my mother in law and they were exactly what I asked for if not more! A beautiful arrangement that was fresh, full with white and red flowers with complementing greenery and a tasteful touch of Christmas throughout. A shout out to the Scottish delivery driver who my sister in law said was very informative in letting her know the flowers would keep for a few days in the presentation box. Thanks guys ! Merry Christmas !

Although the customer service I received on the phone was good, I was very clear that the bouquet being ordered was for a friend who's Mum had passed away so I was after pale flowers. I also specifically asked for no carnations. I spent £45 on the bouquet and I got the impression it wasn't that much for a bouquet in water (but I think it's a pretty sensible amount). Upon delivery, I received a photo of the flowers, which is a good thing to do, but unfortunately I then saw that not only were they more vivid than I expected and a bit 'cheerful', they also had carnations in them. The colour choice in particular was something quite specific because of it being linked to a very sad occasion for my friend. I also think the bouquet looks a bit cheap and not worth £45 because of the flower choices, like bulked out gerbera and the carnations. I always want to support local businesses but I feel I would have been in control of a more appropriate bouquet had I selected it from a site where I chose the flowers myself. I also replied back to the email with the photo saying I was disappointed and I was giving feedback, but I haven't received a reply. I don't usually write reviews but based on the delicate occasion and the flowers that were sent, and no reply to my email, I feel I have to share this in case others experience anything similar.

My family and i ordered flowers from this company for my grandmothers funeral 02/03/18, we ordered x1 funeral sheave and x1 funeral spray, a number of flowers on each were dead around the edges and did not look fresh at all. We picked the flowers up on the day completely disappointed with no time to buy some from else where. This company were aware the funeral was that day and regardless you expect them to be fresh and vibrant- they were not. Lillies were unopened for the day and the pink roses were brown and lifeless around the edges. Served by a very unfriendly woman, not so much as a smile which would have been nice considering we were collecting flowers for a funeral. Poor service. Would not recommend risking this company, especially for an important event, it started what was already a sad day on a bad note, completely dissapointed. We wanted the best for our grandma and they could not provide this.

Ordered flowers for my mother 2 weeks before mothers day to be delivered on Friday 9th March 2018, instead flowers were delivered on Monday 12th March the day after Mothers Day - NOT IMPRESSED . When I telephoned company both on the Friday late afternoon and Monday I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Noone has ever got back to me - most companies would refund your money on this tardiness !
