I needed new front and rear doors for my property and so phoned several double glazing companies for quotes. A few of the smaller firms came and went within 30-40 mins after having chatted to my wife and I about different options and measuring up. When Anglian were due to come out they phoned to say they were already running 30 mins late so I advised them that they would only have approx 30-40 mins with us as we already had other plans, to which the reply was I'll need much longer than that. I questioned why as other companies had managed in that time but he just replied 'again' I'll need much longer than that and so I told him to forget it.
Anglian are clearly one of those big companies who like to take up hours of your day to go through their sales pitch and the longer they stay with you the more pressure they put upon you. Not impressed, will not be calling back.
