Charles Perrett Maintenance's team refurbished our bathroom at home and did a stunning job. We used their suppliers and got a good discount on tiles and the shower and the workmanship was excellent. We are planning a new kitchen in a year or so and we will definitely be using them again.
This is by far the worst rental organization in Swansea this is the second time they have deleted their Google reviews because they are such a bad company and people express their opinions. Two years ago I used this agency and they did not do any repairs and ignored our requests for an entire year. At the end of the tenancy they tried to take out deposit from us. Only when I resorted to legal action did they finally return our deposit in full. The people who run this company do not care for renters and I would never in my life use this company again. In my 25 years on this planet I have never had to deal with a company like this before and I hope I don't have to in the future.
Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent! I drove all the way from Cheltenham to move in and was told I could only move in if I could pay for all other tenants deposits, even though there was already a member of the house living in there. The house was a tip when we moved in; broken blinds and windows that won’t open; rubbish bins in alley way and hidden throughout garden; heaps of rubbish and unused timber on the balcony; and worst of all, a bathroom they had built that year that leaked and was covered in mould after about 2 months. We made them aware many times throughout our tenancy of the problems on e-mail with photos but they did nothing. They then decide to keep our deposits and charge us for all the renovations they decided to do - on problems that exhausted before we moved in. We disputed this for over a year, where they didn’t reply to us once, they didn’t provide proof that we caused the issues that needed rectifying and they didn’t provide any receipts for the costs they were claiming for. I have heard similar stories from many other of their tenants. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY WONT REPLY TO YOU, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY and YOU WILL LIVE IN BARELY LEGAL ACCOMMODATION.
We have used Charles Perrett Maintenance for many jobs within the company. From smaller reactive maintenance work to larger jobs they have always been easy to deal with, very reliable, trustworthy and excellent value. We highly recommend Charles Perrett Maintenance for any job.
We had Charles Perrett carry out putting in a new toilet when our old one was leaking and not working properly. They did a great job and our new toilet works perfectly.
Awful customer service, the owner is one of the most rude people Iv ever spoken to. He threatens both me and my father and screamed at us to leave his shop when we wanted to resolve an issue in person. Avoid at all costs ! They’ve also deleted their previous google page so the review I left over a year ago no longer exists!
