I was very happy with the work Swansea Wood Flooring carried out for me recently. Trefor worked professionally and well within the limits of the budget I had set out. Fitting flooring and Carpet in the house you could see the experience in the finishing. I was given his details from a friend and I would highly recommend him to anybody else in the local area. Very professional, Trefor is a good listener, takes on board the customer's suggestions and goes over and above what was required. He is also very patient when I kept changing the goalposts! Trefor takes great pride in his work, we were very happy with the finished product. Highly recommended!

I approached Swansea wood flooring to install flooring in our garage that we use as a gym. Trefor had the expert knowledge and skill required to recommend amtico style flooring. He gave us instructions for our builders so that they could do the necessary preparation but when he came to fit the floor it was not level.  Trefor worked late to get the concrete base relaid so that the floor would be perfect. I bet others would have done a second rate job and laid this expensive flooring on an uneven surface blaming the builders and they would have charged me much more. The floor is perfect very hard wearing and yet it looks fabulous. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Swansea wood flooring to everyone.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional service received. Quoted for job over phone. Turned up on time, but with labourer. Quoted ill-health as inability to do job himself. Uped the price by £30. Left labourer ill-equiped to complete job which was clearly beyond his skill set. Very disappointing. Flooring I bought was v expensive. The waste was phenomenal. Even though I am a female in my fifties, I have fitted many laminate floors. Wish I had taken a few days off to do this instead of employing a boss who isn't serious about his business. So cross.

Tref is highly recommended, he has exceptional knowledge and the work he did for us was professional and to perfection.  
He came all the way to Sheffield to refit our whole house with carpet, underlay and vinyl, which were really high quality and at a reasonable price which we were more than happy with.
He worked non stop from the moment he arrived - he was like lightening!
