Great experience! Sure, it could do with some lighting inside to make it feel welcoming however the staff member behind the till young gentleman was really friendly, welcoming and didn't mind a wee chat.  Contrary to another review, I WAS able to pick up UPS parcels from here.  I left with a smile :

They are just like any other convenience store. The staff is great and they also take on parcels for you depending on your delivery service.

Doesn't act as a UPS drop off point for returns although listed as one. Why not sort it so people don't waste their time

Always a friendly face behind the counter and decent prices. Perfect for the milk and bread late night or early morning
