Jackson's and Sarah in particular were amazing in their support and guidance from start to finish in arranging the funeral for my daughter Daisy who died suddenly at the start of this year. From calling back out of hours in response to my first message and then collecting my daughter from the chapel of rest at the hospital, to dressing her and ensuring she kept her favourite teddy with her, right through to ensuring my daughter's ashes were left safely in the care of the cemetery - they were amazing. Having never had to organise a funeral before I felt safe with them and was fully confident that they had our best interests at the forefront of everything they were doing. They guided us through all of the arrangements and helped us financially with knowing what could and could not be covered by the governments Child Funeral Fund, even so the amount we had to pay to them was much lower than we had expected. Our daughters funeral was potentially what could be described as a logistical nightmare for a funeral directors with over 500 motorbike riders accompanying us and a police guard of honour being organised at the crematorium but Sarah took it all in her stride, suggested what venue would be best for what we were planning, decorated their vehicles beautifully with butterflies that my daughter would have loved and pulled off what can only be described as the the most perfect send off we could have hoped for for Daisy. We will be forever grateful to them x

At a very difficult time we all felt fully supported and you helped us arrange the funeral with care and compassion, even with COVID restrictions in place. Highly recommended. I can not recommend Sarah and her team enough, the professionalism they showed yesterday on the hottest day of the year so far was second to none. I would highly recommend Jackson Family Funeral Directors Worcester, in particular Lee Russell, he really looked after me and my family, it was my first time having to arrange a funeral and Jackson’s did us proud. It was everything we wanted for my father right down to the last detail. We can’t thank Lee or Jackson’s enough for treating us with such compassion and my father with such dignity and care. As a nurse working in a nursing home I have always recommended Jackson's to families facing loss because of their care, compassion and commitment to those who have died and those grieving. Recently we lost a friend, colleague, keyworker to covid. Knowing he had little money I contacted Jackson's to ask how much a decent funeral would cost so we could fundraise to cover the cost. Two days after discussing costs Jackson's phoned to say they would cover the cost of the funeral out of respect for a much loved keyworker. They liaised with Vale Crematorium to enable mourners to form a guard of honour to pay respects whilst maintaining social distancing also arranged for the service to be streamed enabling family around the world to be a part of the service and for those unable to enter the chapel to listen. Matt and his team made a truly awful time more bearable and have undertaken to hold the ashes until the pandemic is over and will help arrange for the ashes to be flown to the family home in the Philippines so his family can have their own memorial. His family, friends and colleagues can never thank the team enough for everything they did throughout this awful time
Jackson's took care of my late father. If I could give an extra star I would. I was recommended there new service at the malvern branch and it worked out perfectly. It was a difficult time with the funeral happening during the coronavirus. However jacksons accommodated dads family and friends. Well done girls. You evan took care of my 6 year old son. I'll never forget how he ran over to me in the middle of service and gave me a kiss as we were saying goodbye to dad. Thanks everyone.
We cannot thank Lee & his team at Jacksons Family Funeral enough for all their help,care & support with organising our mothers funeral. They made it feel so personal especially Lee he was so kind & supportive through it all. Jackson Family Funeral recently did our Mom's Funeral . We cannot thank them enough. Especially Lee, who was so compassionate, kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend using them.
Sarah at Jacksons was incredibly gentle and kind and put us at ease immediately, and I wish they were the first firm I had telephoned. Losing a loved one is horrible enough, but I couldn't believe how sales orientated and pushy some of the other funeral firms I spoke to were, I wouldn't buy a used car from them, let alone trust my very loved sister to their care. Jacksons were like a breath of fresh air, their sensitive approach calmed my nerves and I trusted them immediately. My trust was well-founded, they kept me in the loop at every stage, and offered every reassurance that my sister would be treated with dignity and kindness, even in the middle of a pandemic. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely firm, and cannot thank them enough for their wonderful kindness. They made a very traumatic experience far less lonely. I'd add that when it came to payment the bill was exactly what was quoted on that first day, with no attempt to upsell. Thank you so much.
The bright and beautiful sunflowers and yellow ties, drew me to this service. We wanted our loved ones life celebrated and this is just what we got. Delivered by the Worcester team, with dignity and respect, from our first meeting ,we were happy and this continued through out the service delivered. Highly recommend
