Thank you to Tracy and staff at the Malvern Wells branch for excellent service. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed using the chapel of rest for our little service. We felt we were treated very respectfully and that the price was very fair. Many thanks.

This review regards the shopfont of Andrew Phillips that has recently opened in the respectable area of St George's Square, a conservation area although the property is not within the curtilage of the conservation area, it is two shops away. The illumination of the shopfront 24 hours a day with gravestones in the window and a coffin is very depressing for the elderly residents living in the area. Is there a great need to have gravestones and coffins illuminated 24 hours a day?

Ty ty to Andrew and his lovely staff.in the way they took care of my husband Jed .right from the start just calling in to ask for details we new this was the right place to come .the service that Andrew took was excellent . nothing was to much trouble . the coffin will be talked about for a long time.so ty you again from carol and Lorraine .

Losing my Mum was the worst thing that has ever happened to me.. I was in bits. Andrew and Gemma picked me up and gently carried me through and helped me plan the most beautiful funeral for Mum. She had one of the amazing "cardboard " coffins which was like a lovely gift box covered with pictures of bluebells. They carried the bluebells theme with the order of service and introduced me to Anne Matthews who was so kind and caring and led the funeral as the celebrant. Such a lovely lady. All in all I cannot thank Andrew and Gemma enough for turning what I thought would be awful into a day I shall treasure xx
