A.V. Band was very compassionate and treated both me and the memory of my wife with great dignity. Everything from arranging the funeral, thank you Jane, to the actual service, thanks to Jennifer and her very supportive but very discreet team, was perfect. At no point did I feel my wishes were ignored. Even advice about which florists I could approach to the choice of urn for my wife's ashes was handled with great sympathy. I can't thank them enough for making a very distressing time so much easier to bear.
A. V. Band provided an excellent service in arranging our mother’s cremation and helped guide us through the process in a very caring manner. I would also like to thank Tracy Fellows recommended to us by A. V. Band who wrote and presented a very moving tribute to mum, which we all very much appreciated.
My sister's funeral and Cremation service was taken care of by AV Band Funeral Directors. I cannot praise them highly enough. A V Band looked after the funeral of my dad, Paul Gibson a few weeks ago. I would like to thank them for the professional way in which they dealt with everything, making it as stress free as possible for us all at such a difficult time. A special mention should go to Chantelle who was always at the end of the phone if we needed her and also helped us organise such amazing flowers. Also, to John who helped us all through the day with such compassion and understanding. Highly recommend.
I have dealt with AV Band for my Mum`s funeral and they also dealt with my Dad`s funeral in the past. They have been extremely professional and caring in their approach. Chantelle made the difficult process so much easier to deal with. She showed complete understanding and empathy. I spoke with her on many occasions and every time she demonstrated a polite, caring attitude. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I also spoke to Jackie on a few occasions. She also came over as caring and understanding. Both true professionals in their work. Overall the whole team did a great job. Could not have asked for more.
Brilliant!!!!!! Sadly, it was my lovely dad’s funeral yesterday. A V Band were wonderful from start to finish. They were so professional throughout & spoke to my mum, explaining step by step what was going to happen. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the young lad’s name who was the lead undertaker, but he was so lovely, polite & understanding. Thank you, for making our day a little easier by providing such a wonderful service. Best wishes

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Made a difficult time more manageable. My husband was treated in a dignified and respectful manner. We can not thank you all enough.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! This funeral was from june 2019 Following my Nan sadly passing last June, we booked AV bands to do funeral. 10days after booking my mum received a very distressing call off Worcester Royal mortuary to ask what was happening with my nans body. We called AVB to find out why my nan had been left up there! They lied to us and blamed the hospital for not giving them an appointment. When the real reason was they had no space in the chapel of rest!!. Following this appalling service we cancelled everything a week before her funeral and were lucky enough that the Bedwardine funeral directors took things over with a first class service. If all this hadn't been bad enough. At the end July someone for AVB sent my mum a letter asking to rate their service! At the end of August she received a invoice/letter staying they would seek legal action for £3,200 if not paid and the same letter in October!! They didnt even do the service!! Each time we received it it was very upsetting for my mum. Each i called them asking them to stop call forms of contact with my mum. In October i called head office have never had a call back!! THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. THEY USE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
