Excellent service. Airbags on my headrest were triggered and needed to be reset. Merc made such a song and dance about it and wanted a small fortune to sort. Andy and his team sorted it in ten minutes and didn’t want to charge a penny! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. Thank you Andy.

First time using Andy Gayle,

Booked my car for a service even though MB warning light asked for more expensive B Service the helpful staff advised the A service was all that was required due to mileage saving £100! 
Honest and very knowledgeable staff will definatley use again.

Andy's team, including Hugh and Neil, fixed a gearbox problem very competently, then Andy took me for a test run to show me an engine problem I hadn't been aware of, and arranged to deal with a third problem later. He explained clearly and patiently all that needed doing, and charged very reasonably.

Andy is a man of integrity, with technical experience and personal communication skills. He is genuinely concerned to meet his customers' needs by providing them with first-rate service at very good value, and he has built an excellent team around him. This is the place for anyone whose car has a 3-pointed star. 

And the free tea and coffee is a bonus.

Returned for 2nd service as I was pleased with first experience, I was taken aback when I received a call from them to say my front tyres needed replacing and the engine cover was damaged, I didn’t want the tyres changed as it has only done 21000 miles and already been changed once and I didn’t think they would need to be changed but agreed as they said it would fail the mot, I asked for the tyres to be returned and I could assess myself, I then received a call from Andy to say he didn’t think they needed changing? So I didnt go ahead, when the car was returned I was happy the tyres did not need changing but was disappointed to see the engine cover has been damaged with a large crack, the car has not been serviced since they did it last year and no one has lifted the bonnet since then, it has done more than 6000 miles since that service, the crack looks fresh, very disappointed and would not recommend using now the trust has gone
