Very professional service. I managed to get a viewing booked very quickly and easily which then led to us being able to get our dream home. Don’t bother applying for rental properties, they don’t contact you back to arrange viewings and don’t work on a first come first served basis. Didn’t contact me for over a week, lie about access to the property and not taking viewings yet, then arrange viewings with other applicants instead and tell me the property is no longer available. Shambles of a company.
Called, greeted with telephone auto attendant with many options. I’m not calling a huge corporate but supposedly a small local estate agents who hopefully have staff who pick up the phone! I want a human to sell my home otherwise I’d go to Purple Bricks.
I was shocked to see the amount of 5 star reviews this place has, I’m not sure how it been made possible but even giving this establishment a 1 star is just too kind. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, the whole experience with this company has been nothing short of diabolical. If your happy to - chase them about every detail, to never receive an email or call, to not know where you stand, to go against data protection with all your personal information - then this place is for you! They literally have no compassion or care for the buyer - only the profit in their back pocket. So just beware of that before attempting to buy!
