Still waiting over a hour and half for a replacement burger which takes the mick
Terrible service the delivery man had terrible attitude im never buying food from here again the chicken has no flavour anymore the food was cold delivery took 2 hours to arrive when the shop is 2 streets away from my house literally 5 minute distance wasted £15 had to throw the food in the bin Do NOT Buy from njoy pizza you will be disappointed
The prices have gone so high No free delivery either, just pushing customers away. But the food always nice tho
Just my honest reveiw this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this shop The food was cold and I live in town which is 2 minutes away from the shop the chips were soggy and the chicken had no flavour wasted £20 i wouldn’t recommend buying from this place I will never buy from this place again

Absolutely shocking service. Money taken, confirmation recieved, over 2 hours still no delivery. Phoned them to be told my order was on it's way, 2nd phone call was told they hadnt recieved my order and would ring me back, 3rd phone call resulted in them saying they didnt have my order and my money would be refunded, yet when the man asked for my name admitted they HAD recieved the order. Order finally arrived 2 and half hours later, no apologies, nothing. Never again.
Absolutely fantastic service, perfect pizza every time and probably the best in Gwent if you ask me. Cheers lads for all the years of cheesy goodness.
