Today I have experienced the most exemplary customer service from this company, and so feel it appropriate to share on here. I had a query with an MOT and had the opportunity to speak with the owner Steve. My question was answered in the most respectful and diligent manner, with a full, non-jargon explanation of what had occurred with my car and what needed doing in order to ensure its roadworthiness. My questions were not received with anything other than genuine consideration and the whole experience left me feeling respected and valued as a customer and satisfied with the work that had been undertaken. I immediately noticed the improvement in the handling of my car when I drove away. AMS as a company has demonstrated to me the importance it puts on customer satisfaction and has achieved that on this occasion. In addition, Louis on the desk was equally as polite and explanatory when it came to communicating with me and so I would recommend this company for its efficacy and customer care.

Took my van to get two tyres and the tracking done. Previous two visits to the Paignton branch have been great service and great prices. Sadly though that has come to an end. I understand they must have been busy but it took almost 3 hours for the work to be done, double what I was told it would take.
Once complete, I asked if my spare wheel had been put back, only to find it had been left in the back of one of the workshops. Luckily I asked.
It was only when I got home to re-fit the spare wheel myself, that I noticed the door handle to the van was broken in half. This would have been used to get the flat tyre from inside the van earlier.
Called first thing the next working day only to be told no one knew anything about it therefore I must have done it myself. I understand accidents can happen in a busy workplace, but it certainly wasn't like that when it went in!
There was no sympathy or goodwill gesture from the company. I only wish I had checked over my vehicle more thoroughly before I left.
Very poor customer service.
Now I'm left with a £100 bill to fix my vehicle myself.
I shall look elsewhere for my vehicles from now on.

Had to get a tyre replaced. Drove in was seem immediately, car was ready to go again in 15 minutes. Great selection and very friendly staff. Couldnt recommend any higher.
