Had the pleasure of being fitted at AG in Rustington yesterday. All the staff are extremely friendly, approachable and more than happy to help a novice golfer like myself. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.
I had to take a pair of golf shoes back that were defective and I had no problems with getting a gift card for full amount. The guy there were very understanding and helpfull. Thanks again
really great service from all the guys - not pushy and got me what I wanted, they took time to understand what I needed. 100% recommend. the only thing they cant do is get me single digit handicaps ;
Asked about batteries and was bombarded with everything except batteries, very frustrating.
The golf shop does not sell ladies golf golf shoes because the male assistant informed me it doesn't sell and therefore not good business for them! There were few ladies clothing but mainly catered for men! I wonder why women golfers shop elsewhere? He was unwilling to help and only interested in the guys there. I'll never go there again. Dreadful.
Took my grandson to buy his birthday present,the young man who served us so helpful,definitely will be going back.
Have bought several things off Jordan. Always a good experience and he gets the right result with the clubs and fitting. Nothing is ever to much.
Very poor service. Drove 30 mins to look for clubs for myself and my 2 sons. Guy at reception took no notice of us as he talked to his friend who was blocking our entrance these are Covid-19 days and there is a clearly marked path,. Walked around the shop looking at clubs and had to go to the counter to ask for some assistance. The 2 young men took no interest and eventually asked someone else to talk with us. He was not that knowledgeable. So we left disappointed and are now looking elsewhere for clubs for the 3 of us. Will not be back. If you are looking for assistance, I suggest you find somewhere with staff that want to help.
Went in with a £50 voucher intending to look at accessories to purchase and saw the trolley. As my current trolley was about 15 years old, metal and rusting thought I may as well get a new one. Good value for money
