Above and beyond, exemplary customer service.  The shop really went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my order. When the manufacturer was just slightly off in a measurement, which is totally not the shops fault, they went out of their way to send a replacement.  I truly appreciate their efforts - thank you.

Friendly local shop with good prices and quick delivery on lots of their furniture. I love their sliding wardrobes and bed in the entrance to the shop.

Very happy with our furniture we brought from here! Good quality furniture and the owner couldn't have been more friendly or helpful!! The owner was just so happy to help and worked around us and our moving in date to our new home and you just wouldnt get that with a chain run furniture shop. i highly recommend using southern home furnishings !! 😊😊😊

Extremely helpful , polite, excellent service , beautiful well made furniture, delivery was as on time given . Would certainly use this shop again

Visited Will at the shop last week to purchase a new mattress, we were able to lay and try a selection of different mattresses and decided with Will's knowledge of the brand to purchase a Vivienne 1000.
We were laying on our new mattress 1 week later and were are so pleased, it's just as Will said it would be amazing, so thanks to Will in the shop for helping us to make the correct decision
