Ambleside Solihull Restaurant is a beautiful cafe with exquisite decorations and is stunningly designed! There are nature photos on the walls making the restaurant very beautiful and gives it an artistic flair. The food is great and comes in generous portions, and the menu has various options from regular breakfasts to eggs benedict. The staff ensure that all dietary requirements are met. They're attentive to each customer and their customer service is exceptional. I recommend visiting the Ambleside Solihull Restaurant, it's a really lovely place to have some food.
We visited this garden centre & found it OK.we bought a few plants.then as we were waiting to pay.the lady in front of us asked for a refund from a previous purchase& showed the male cashier her receipt. He then asked her if she had a pictureproof of the plant she was asking for the refund for.she told him she hadn't.she only had the receipt. He then more or less accused her of lying.& told her in no uncertain terms that if this ever happens again you must show a picture because how am I meant to believe you!!!!we felt for this very nice lady& I must say his attitude wasn't friendly towards us either.we will never shop here again.you need to change your attitude!!!!!!
Lovely Cafe & beautifully decorated & very clean. The breakfast looked lovely & mostly it was but the sausages weren't cooked properly with a nice colour to them, they were very pale which was off putting. The bacon was very fatty and too salty, but the poached egg was amazing, lovely mushrooms beans and tomato but the brown toast was a little disappointing and bland. Staff were lovely and garden center very nice so I shall definitely return.
Very pretty place. Lovely friendly staff who were very efficient. Had a great big fat baked potato of generous proportion and a big pot of tea served in delightful crockery. Give this place a try and then a walk around the garden centre and shop. You won't be disappointed.
Very good cafe. Can highly recommend. Good menu, hygiene and friendly, helpful waitress service. Lovely homemade cake selection. Prices a little expensive but nice ambience, and worth it. A relaxing experience.
Usually the food is good, but today I was served a cheese omelette that had dark grey patches in it that was clearly visable before serving, the omelette was replaced with a new one, which looked a normal colour. There was no explanation and I ate the new one, but as I ate some of the grey one, because I was embarrassed to ask at first. I can't help worring about what was served to me, and was the replacement OK.
After spending over £100 in this store, we were disappointed that the owner saw fit to act like a car park jobster. If I could have got hold of him, I would have asked for a refund. Needs further customer relations training.
We cycled women's group up to this wonderful place roughly 16 miles. I wasn't going to go at first, but I'm glad I did and had a lovely time. Enjoying the weather and staying fit and healthy. There was also a wide range of flowers to choose from anyone looking for flowers, garden equipment and products for garden and flowers etc this is a great place to shop. The food was just delicious . I had a jacket potato with cheese and beans and salaad. All the food was nicely presented on the plate. The salaad was beautiful and had a nice kick to it. I didn't try hard to cut through. It was nice and soft just how I liked it. You must try the jaffa cake sponge cake It's a first for me and qas superb.
Lovely little garden centre, good range of plants and friendly helpful staff. Had a tasty cake and coffee in the cafe too!
Lovely sumptuous meal, great service and the garden centre is packed with different types of flowers, you will be spoiled for choice.
