Very disappointed. I had an appointment at 3pm. Arrived to find another customer was at the early stage of having her nails done. At that point I should have been told that the appointment was running late or even a telephone call would have been appreciated. Instead I was left to sit for half an hour and not one member of staff  had the courtesy to engage or apologise for the delay  until I got up to leave. Very poor  customer service and a real shame as I've had some lovely manicures and a pedicure there. Will not waste my time going back.

Lovely salon with great staff. Cark parking is in the side streets near by.
