Currently renting through Amanda Roberts, it's still early days but found the team to be really helpful throughout the process even during the dreaded holiday period. I initially viewed with Jake and largely dealt with him throughout, I found him very diligent and a pleasure to deal with during, what is typically, quite a stressful process! I've now moved in and Jake is still very much on form - still proving responsive, transparent and a delight to deal with should I have any queries/issues at the property. Cheers.
Currently renting as a tennant through Amanda Roberts and have had 5-star service. Any issues I've had I'm in an old maisonette have been solved very quickly. Jake Steer my namesake in particular I've found to be always very helpful and efficient.

We cannot recommend the team at Amanda Roberts enough; the whole team are friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgable. We had the pleasure of dealing, primarily, with Tony, who made our journey as smooth as possible. As is usual with property purchasing, we had a few bumps on the way but Tony really had our best interests at heart and supported us through to the very end. We are now in our forever home and are super thankful to Amanda Roberts, and Tony in particular, for getting us here.
I first met Tony Steer of Amanda Roberts when he came to value my fathers house for a potential downsizing. Professional, friendly and after comparing with multiple valuations we had, spot on. I mentioned in passing I myself had been looking to move home for more than 10 years, having not found anything suitable. A few months later, Tony called. He had just taken instruction of a property he was sure was right for my family and I. I went to see the property and couldn't believe it. It was perfect and hadn't even hit the market yet. I made an offer and Tony worked with both sides respectfully to agree a price. I am now in my "forever" home and couldn't be happier, for which I cannot thank Tony enough. Had he not called me, the house would have sold itself within weeks. Tony of Amanda Roberts is the real deal.

Faultless from beginning to end. We had the most amazing experience with Amanda Roberts, starting with the evaluation where Tony appraised us a full £65,000 higher than Churchills and Roselyn's. Yes, you heard that right! We didn't know if Tony was high-balling to get the contract, or if the other two were low-balling to get a quick sale, but what we did know was that Tony had such a positive attitude to our fixer-upper, whereas the other two were constantly running down the neighbourhood and finding negatives about the house. Tony then found us a buyer *the next day*, and we accepted an offer £25,000 under asking price. Tony was incredible throughout, always keeping us informed of developments, and always there to help. The sale went through today and we could not be happier. We will definitely be using this company again if the need ever arises.
