Tried to see a mortgage advisor, came to the first appointment, they said the person is at the training session, and they didn't book the appointment; second time, I had to re-schedule it, and they told me they booked an appointment two weeks from the day, called to confirm two hours before the appointment, it hasn't been booked again! How can these guys be trusted with finding a house for me and my family, if they can't be trusted to book an appointment!

The following is just my opinion based on my experience in dealing with this company: Being an innocent, I made the mistake of negotiating a fixed fee to sell my house and they had no incentive to get me a good price. They used scare tactics to get me to accept a low offer on my property - £22,000 less than the lowest value they put on it and £52,000 than their highest value. They tried to con me into using a high priced solicitor recommended by them - around £800+ more than the conveyancing firm I used who were great. Oh and I was also expected to pay a recommendation fee to their solicitor too! Hell would freeze over before I used these smarmy money grabbing incompetents again. Aside from that, they were great ... NOT!
