Mark visited my family home and immediately I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. His knowledge of the area was outstanding and he made us feel at ease very quickly. We followed his advice and are pleased that we did as within 2 weeks he had a secured a buyer at a price we never thought we would achieve and then from start to finish he made sure he was with us every step of the way. Now we are in our new home and could not recommend him enough. He is a real credit to Churchils.

I had my property on the market with DOUGLAS ALLEN chingford branch for 6months and they were TERRIBLE, very unprofessional and it didn’t sell ! So I decided to use CHURCHILL ESTATES Chingford branch and it sold in less than a week! Mark and Janet and the team were very professional and helpful, the advice they gave was spot on! My sale from accepted offer to completion only took 5weeks as CHURCHILL ESTATES handle everything in the same branch ! They are Very knowledgable and trustworthy and the communication was excellent! I Would 100% recommend them to friends and family in the area that want to sell their properties ! I felt that mark and Janet were very proactive and efficient! Thanks to Martin & his team for all their hard work in securing a buyer. We were selling from 300 miles distance and besides investing in time they helped us in many ways when we were not in the area. A truly professional service from the whole team.

"To whom it may concern, Now that we have completed and moved into ***************** I would like to extend some feedback to you. I would like to thank you and Churchills for making the sale go through as smoothly as possible. Other than when someone at your branch was kind enough to allude to the former owner that we were stalling so we could try and get the house for less money. Something that was entirely grounded on zero facts. We simply wanted what was wrong with it, to be sorted. When I rang I talked to someone who told me they had over 20 years of experience and are there to look after the sellers needs. £XXX,XXX may not be much to you but it is the world to us and we take spending that much very seriously. And as buyers you should have also been looking after our needs as well. Instead when I rang Churchills I was talked down to when in fact the culprit should have simply apologised. Buying a house is stressful enough without external forces stirring things up. The reason I haven't stated any name here is simply this. I do not wish anyone to get into any trouble over this. I would however hope that they reflect on this and take heed." Would I use them to buy through again? Probably not.
