A highly hypocritical system whose aims at helping people find jobs is truly compounded by their lack of ability to conduct their own successfully. Every member of staff whether nice or unpleasant shared a resounding lack of intellect when it comes to actually finding people work. Their levels of effort or lack thereof is second to none. Their dedication and innovative efforts see them being able to climb the heights of printing documents, rewording people's cvs and being able to use a standard QWERTY keyboard to search for a term you've just told them. They are undeserving of having the title 'advisor' in their job role, when most of their actions can be mimicked by automated systems. The fact that job recommendation systems and fields like data mining are surpassing people who claim to be experts in these fields is a pathetic revelation.

The walk-in centre staff are very helpful and friendly, never had any issues. The only thing I would ask to be improved is the 'Universal Credit' phone line. In the past, I've felt that the male workers who answer the phone are a little more understanding when it comes to rearranging appointments. The women I find can sometimes be accusatory, sometimes demanding why you can't attend the appointments. The other issue I have with the phone line is waiting over 15-20 minutes sometimes half an hour before I can get through to somebody. Other than that, everything is as it should be.

Staff are pleasant and helpful but g4s security staff are rude, obnoxious and too many of them

Everyone was very friendly which is nice, however my meeting was an hour late. Hence the 4*
