Went to Alpha for a hot towel shave. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The shave itself was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Thank you for the great treatment. If you're in need of a shave or a relaxing massage they'll be pleased to assist
Fantastic establishment, I always say you pay for quality and that is what you get everytime - in outcome and service Staff are lovely, I get my hair cut by Zoe once a month if I remember and we always have a good crack on - she also cuts a class mullet
My first experience of Alpha was very good, I felt welcomed having been offered a cuppa, and Linda went over how I wanted my hair done and how she was going to do it.
Quite simply, the very best place in Newcastle for discerning men! I have been using AMG since day one, and every time time the service is prompt, professional, yet personal and friendly. They have the very best talent in the North East all under one roof. Would not consider going anywhere else these days. Well done to the entire team for providing such a great all round service - environment, quality and ability of stylists, friendly & personal service and making you feel so comfortable. I'd also say it's very reasonable for the confidence of the consistent quality of the cut received. Have and would reccomend!
Both my Husband and 14yr old Son have been going to Alpha Male for a number of years, it's the only barbers they'll go to! They're always happy with their hair cut. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for 8 years and have always found Lee, Jane, Terry and Sue to be excellent. I have never had a bad treatment in all that time. As for those who complain about how busy it is and their wait that proves they must be doing something right. Why don't you just pick up a phone and book. Simples!!!
Reasonably friendly but very poor service. Fringe ended up less than half the length requested. Hairdresser forgot which side the parting went halfway through the cut. No attempt at layering or feathering at all resulting in a dull, thick, non-textured look. If you want a quick £5 barber's cut then go to a barber's, don't waste your money here.
Great haircut, friendly and professional. Myself and my son have been going to Alphamale for a few years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm sure you can find cheaper but I prefer my haircut well so think this is decent value.
I always go and see Mark, he takes his time, always does a great job and well worth the money. Not just a barber's shop! I've had haircuts by other "stylists"at Alpha Male but I got the impression that they were just doing the same as a barber would do. Now only see Mark.
