Allstore offers self storage rooms, warehouse storage, vehicle storage, caravan storage, shipping container storage, document storage and heavy plant storage. If you require any other type of storage then there is a good chance that we can do it for you.

Story

Allstore are a company located centrally in Cornwall, mid-way between Truro and Newquay and just off of the main A30 trunk road.

We handle storage and there is not much that we cannot store.

Our self storage department is comprised of over 150 indoor, purpose built, metal-walled storage rooms. These range is size from a tiny 10 sq ft up to a hefty 150 sq ft. Larger areas can be arranged by combining / joining seperate rooms.

Our business storage facility currently caters for clients storing among other things, furniture, jucuzzis, heavy machinery, food/drink products, electricity generating equipment and manufacturing materials.

Our Securafile secure document storage cabinets are designed for Class A document storage and are used by many local and national organisations (both big and small) to store their irreplaceable paperwork for periods from 1 year to 25 years.

We’ve been storing our camping and holiday stuff at Allstore now for a few years. We’ve always had great service here, security is great and all our kit was always dry and ready to go when we got down here. Staff are great, always friendly and always really helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Allstore to anybody. A bit sad to clear our room and say cheerio to the staff to be honest but as we’ve now moved down to Cornwall, at last, we don’t need the extra storage.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolutely appalling storage unit and company. Facilities are awful. The whole unit is full of junk making it near on impossible to manoeuvre through to get close to your unit. No lift making heavy items nearly impossible to get up to storage units on 1st floor. Trolleys really poor quality with wobbly wheels. Overall you're much better going to a reputable company like armadillo where there are lifts between levels, ramps and helpful staff.
I have stored my house contents at Allstore Storage whilst I have been traveling for over 10 years. I have never had to worry about a thing. The security is first class, the attention to detail on cleanliness is amazing and I have never seen any evidence of vermin, moths, flys or anything else. The staff are great and go out of their way to help. I am writing this because I think if you receive excellent service you should take the time to show your appreciation and I would 100% recommend them, don't bother shopping around, these guys provide the service that puts your mind at rest and quite honestly they are no more expensive than anywhere else.
Very helpful and friendly staff that even stayed late so I could unload when I got stuck in traffic on a long drive down from Hampshire on a Friday. Ian went over and above the call of duty and I am very grateful for that. Many thanks and a lovely location very easy to get to with great access even for a 7.5 tonne truck backing in to the storage unit to unload in the dry. I would not hesitate to use this place for storage.
Good access. Secure storage. Sign in procedures and cctv. Upstairs units are tight with big furniture and require a pair of strong people. Trolleys and sack trucks are also available. Ground floor in main barn is a dirt floor with potential for mud in winter but the storage is dry.
Helpful and friendly, spare trolleys and sack trucks available and easy access downstairs. However just found out that despite agreeing to let us pay the first month up front then pro rata weekly as we're on a budget from a house move, when my wife called to pay for that first pro rata week they then said there was also an admin charge previously unmentioned and that since we were staying for three they'd just charge us the month. Not a huge deal - but not what we agreed on, and not mentioning the admin cost is around the same as a week storage when making that enquiry was either poor service or intentionally deceitful. So dropped a star off the review!
I had archived my files at Allstore for about the last 10 years. Recently when I wanted to remove files I was refused admission. I then received a communication advising me that the rent had been increased 4 years ago and that I owed over £1500 in back rent. I was advised that the increase had been agreed over the phone with my secretary and verbally with myself. This was not true. I attended Allstore again as I urgently needed files containing an old survey. I advised Mr Stephenson that if I had to redo the survey he would be liable for costs incurred he allowed me to take 3 files. A few weeks later I was advised to get my files out of the store before the end of the month. I then received payment of my deposit and 1 months rent that I had overpaid confirming the fact that I did not owe any back rent. When I finally got my files, they were damp and had mouse droppings on them and had been nibbled. The ceiling tiles within my unit had collapsed onto the files. The staff are very helpful. Regarding Mr Stephenson my comments about him are reflected above.
Good clean storage facility, friendly helpful staff. I stored goods for about 9 months and the goods came out dry and in good condition. Would recommend. They are expensive but worth it. I have stored with Lanes before and my stuff came out mouldy. So very happy with Allstore.
I have been using storage at Allstore for nearly 10 years now, Nathan and David and all the other staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble! I can't recommend them highly enough!!
