Good customer service and units are well maintained

Booked to move in sunday,got confirmation,went to move in and found it closed.Had to work monday so my friend(whose van was fully loaded and had to be at work for 11)went to do it for me.There were two staff on,one a lovely helpfull young woman who tried her best,but the other rude unhelpfull man made it as hard as possible(knowing my friend needed to be unloaded quickly to get work)to get sorted,he had all my id but jobsworth would not budge.Went to another storage place in dunstable,and was sorted and ready to go in under 15 mins(and saved £15 on first two months)I would recomend that if you go alligator luton you only deal with the young woman,if youre forced to deal with the man,leave and find an alternative.Didnt offer me a refund on my deposit either

If you like your dignity do not deal with these people. They will tell you one price, convince you they are the best, and when they have your credit card number for the reservation, they will tell you the truth about the extra expenses and try to rip you off. The worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere in the Uk. I have lived here for 4 years and the rudest person I have talked to is called Anthony and works at Alligator. I prefer to pay more and not have people shouting at me on the phone. Do not leave your belongings in their hands.

I had a near perfect experience with Alligator Storage. Their customer service was high quality and they made everything easy as they helped me decide and explained everything. Their prices really are competitive like they say and well priced. The staff are really friendly as well. The only criticism I have is that it took a little while to get my deposit back although it didn't take long to take it. I would suggest processing deposit refunds quicker as an improvement. Then they would be perfect.

I have been a customer here since March 2015. I have spent thousands on storage here BUT I the Management useless.  The staff in Reception are friendly and helpful, I have no problems with that.  The Higher Management is unable to handle complaints and issues which are not difficult to resolve.
My vehicle was damaged in the parking bay and the management were very unhelpful in assisting me with their useless CCTV at the time.  I now have issues with being overcharged and nothing is being resolved.  The place is badly managed.  The issue with the light in my unit has not been resolved since July.  I am still waiting.  Will have to start looking elsewhere.
