Excellent service from Big Yellow Self Storage Luton. The staff member who greeted us on arrival, took us through the details, showed us our room. Checked it was acceptable for our needs. He helped with all the paperwork, boxes etc. very efficient. In fact the process from enquiry to booking and arrival, was all handled very smoothly, we would use them again.
Really good experience with Yellow Self Storage Luton. Alex and Nikki welcomed me into my storage locker and we're extremely helpful, offering a cup of tea and a chat in between the mounds of stuff I had to move in. Overall fantastic service and lovely people to help you out!

Absolutely fab. A few digital forms to initial when being advised of everything. I chose a ground floor room. Perfect and secure access with alarmed rooms which you have your own lock that you can purchase or take your own if preferred. Secure access with digital security code. Large easy to maneuver trollys for transporting. Room was clean and perfect for my needs. Thank You to the Branch Manager on duty Mark, for explaining everything and for your professionalism. Excellent, 5 Stars.
Amazing service! Ernest is very attentive and provides the best advice as to what unit is needed.
Friendly team in place that are very helpful. Probably the best storage facility in Luton for ease of access, cleanliness, layout. It even has two lifts which minimises lift wait times. A little bit more expensive per square metre than other local storage facilities, but the quality of the facility helps to alleviate some of this cost. If your a newby to storage facilities than definitely worth starting off here, as it's the most retail friendly in the locality.
