Late night self service is a life saver. Friendly staff. Applied for a loan on the app and was able to get it from the bank at short notice without hassle. Have banked with them since the start and will continue to do so.

now I visited this branch on several occasions and while the system of welcoming people is kinda organized by the introductory staff, it happened that people are waiting forever to get sorted by advisors. don't know but I have a feeling that banking system in ireland is still waiting for revolution compared to other european countries. slow approval or all documents and charge for everything... free account without any condition? forget.

Absotuly a very rude security man or whatever he is on door,,, and there is a lot of confusion on the ques outside wether you have to que for the bank machines or to go inside, not very clear at all,, please whoever works there try and make it a bit more clear

Absolutely nonsense …. No staff at all times. waiting times are not usual….!! Aib should hire more staff in this branch.
