We took mortgage with EBS last year. Advisor Conor was great to deal with and he explained about the process neatly and clearly. He made the whole process go very much smoothly from start to finish. He was always helpful for any quires we had! Even he was guiding how to select fixed rate and the new green home rates. I highly recommend using EBS as a mortgage provider and Conor.
We took out a new mortgage with EBS in 2019. We were dealing with Conor throughout and can not praise him enough. He made everything simple and easy for us, and was always on hand to help us if needed. The whole process was straight forward and efficient. We have just completed our mortgage journey for our new home in Navan with EBS in Dundalk. Daniel was extremely helpful and available at all times. He was always responsive, happy to answer our numerous questions, friendly and he really made us feel that he was on our side. The process was smooth and fast and, everything was settled from the comfort of our home. I would highly recommend Daniel and Conor, it is really important to have someone to trust in the overwhelming process of a mortgage. Highly recommended.
I got my Mortgage through EBS this year. From the application process, to approval in principle and issuing of the cheque the entire process was seamless. I was able to do nearly all of it online, save for a few signatures at the draw down date. My mortgage advisor was Conor Waters, he couldn't do enough, he responded to emails promptly, explained everything thoroughly and as a first time buyer, was able to advise me when I was finding decisions difficult, Buying a house is a stressful process, but with EBS you'll find it makes it much easier. I can‘t recommend them enough.
Extremely helpful & supportive. Conor was a dream to work with and supported us from the very first call, a gentleman. The portal was easy to use and I found it extremely time efficent no running to banks on your lunch break!. Even though I was waiting for my work probation to come through, everything was in place beforehand to drawdown shortly after. Would highly recommend using EBS as a mortgage provider.
