For some reason my password is not working anymore and I can't even change it because NOBODY answer my emails. My money is BLOCKED in the account its been a week. Very disrespectul
HORRIBLE bank, no respect for customers. Bad customer service. They changed my account without notice and locked all my money, said I would receive my new card in a maximum of 10 working days. It will be one month and I still haven't received the new card. I asked them to transfer my money and I haven't had any reply. DO NOT CREATE ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK. I do not wish this on anyone as I have stopped receiving benefit due to this change. Worst company in Ireland.
Worst service in the world. An online bank with no online support? When I lost my card I couldn't block it because they need the numbers of my card that i lost? to block it. Than they blocked my card months later without any consent and I can't withdraw my own money.
my account was canceled without any explanation, and I didn't get any return from the bank! I tried to look for a contact phone but the customer support does not offer any! impossible to talk to them making it impossible to solve my problem! almost 3 years with the bill and suddenly this happens, revolting!
Tried to open a N26 Account but couldn't as the app wouldn't let me. Delighted to be a customer of Cheetah Money as I know they won't run into the same funding issues as Monzo and N26!
This bank has extortionate high fees for very little service. Would definitely not recommend this bank, especially with so many far cheaper options available on the market. Poor customer service, unacceptable terms.
I had issue with theft on my card, customer support helped me from start to finish. There is a chat and an email option, my english not that good I fond this helpful instead of calling

Lack of respect with customers An online bank that does not have online customer service. I'm waiting for a month for my bank card and my bank account it's blocked I can't take my own money.
This company is blocking our fund since 3 years now. Our lawyer have send lot of letter but no answer. The amount is not a lot but be careful, don't work with this company it's a scam.
