We cannot recommend the team more highly. Elizabeth was extremely patient and provided expert advice and personalised recommendations. If you are in the market for a pram/ baby seat/ furniture then this shop is well worth a visit.
Finally getting round to writing a review! Not easy with a newborn! The service we received from all the team was great! Couldn't fault them, especially during lockdown. They were happy to answer any questions I had and take my orders over the phone until they re opened by appointment. Even since Jamie was born they have helped us pick the best products for us. Definitely recommend this local business
Visited the store today. After having a bad experience with another shop I looked at the reviews from here and decided to have a look. I'm so glad I did. Honestly such a lovely experience. Elizabeth and lorna were so lovely to us I hope I got your names right I have total baby brain. We are new parents to be and they made us feel completely at ease. There was no pressure to buy anything. We were given our own time to look around. Lorna really helped us with demonstrating the prams and we had such a laugh with her. I will be sending every mum and dad I know to visit here. Thank you xx
Cannot recommend the Stirling Pram Centre highly enough. As I am a soon to be first time mum, I have had a million questions, and each and every member of staff whom I have dealt with mostly Jackie has been friendly, professional and had a wealth of knowledge. They considered everything, which I was delighted about as it was a very expensive purchase and I wanted it to be right. They asked me what I wanted, considered what would suit my lifestyle and even checked to ensure it fitted in my cars boot. They provided me with all the required information and did not apply any pressure on me to make a decision. They have a wide range of different prams to see and play with to see what suits. As I said at the start I cannot recommend the shop and staff enough, they stock everything you could possibly need for your precious little bundle of joy!!
We booked an appointment back in July and were looked after by Elizabeth. When stores were closed at the height of the pandemic we were a bit worried about how we were going to be able to pick the right pram for us so when the pram centre opened back up with an appointment service we were delighted. We had plenty of time to look through everything and weren’t rushed at all. In terms of distancing and safety everything was planned well and thoroughly sanitised. Our pram was ordered and we collected it the month after, again all very well coordinated. Would highly recommend.
Great pram shop has everything i needed to get for the new baby from my pram/car seat to my nursery furniture, bath,and feeding. The staff were so friendly and helpful,their knowledge on car seats was amazing. I highly recommend all things baby and can't wait to get my little one hand and foot cast done too .
We booked an appointment and was looked after by Lorna- she was so friendly and attentive, without making us feeling pressured. She knew so much about the products and had no problem showing us all the parts to the pram, how to fold it up and made sure all our questions were answered.
Not sure why this place has any bad/not amazing reviews! I came here about 1 Month ago as a first time mum and booked in the full shop tour and looking for a Pram primarily. Booked the night before on their Facebook page and got a response straight away and booked in that same day I always forget now places need booked but they are great on the phone or Facebook so just go on there! Upstairs is lovely set up for babies rooms, and then Lorna helped us with the Prams I had no idea what I wanted/ needed or what anything done but Lorna was a great help and explained everything and showed us every pram I was interested in! She spent a lot Of 1:1 with us which really helped So thanks so much Lorna!! : Picked up the pram today and the girls are just lovely!! Will definitely be back.
What a beautiful shop and the staff were wonderful My daughter and I had the best experience in this lovely shop there was so much to choose from the sales assistants were extremely helpful in helping us make our choice. Baby is 6 months now and we still shop here for that something a little bit different for him to wear. I would highly recommend All things baby.
I recently visited the park centre in Stirling to buy or first buggy. We were greedy by helpful staff who were very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to buy the right one for us. She even ensured that the car seat fitted our car and advised us on what to get to ensure it fitted properly. I didn't catch her name but very helpful!
