Great buying experience. The bike is as described in detail on the website with a very competitive price. Despatch was fast, even considering I ordered on the weekend. It was well packaged with some generic assembly instructions inside which worked for me. On arrival, no damage to the packaging and no damage to the bike. Only had front wheel, bars and pedals to attach and brakes, gears etc already set up, quite painless. Would I buy from them again? Yes, no issues if the price is competitive as the whole buying process is great.
Was nervous buying a new bike without seeing/trying it. But Incredibly happy with my new bike purchase at a great price and impressed with the regular updates from All Terrain throughout order process. Was dispatched very quickly and only minimal assembly with easy to follow instructions. Would definitely recommend
I have to say that this company is really amazing, Joe helped me via email with my Cycle to work Scheme and he was so cool. In 1 day my bike arrived in my city in Kent. Next day he found a good deal for me again, this time a Marlin 6 for my wife. Super quick and easy to get the bike. Next day the bike was here as well. I really loved how he gave me attention and did it so quickly. Bikes are now assembled and ready to enjoy the weekend. Thanks a lot Joe and All Terrain Cycles
First time I used this store was for a Marin MTB in the eighties when they were based in the Keighley area. Great service then, and great service 30 odd years later for a 2024 Giant TCR frame. Didn’t have to go and pick it up this time as delivery was quick and easy, and they offered an unheard of discount on a MY24 frame for the best price I could find on the internet with 0% on the never never as well! Thanks folks. PS the frame is mint!
I ordered a Trek X-caliber 8 from this company, because it was the best price I could find it. The communication was very good and it arrived within 2 working days. I have unpacked it, but not assembled it yet, but it looks great. I'm very pleased with the service I received from All Terrain Cycles.
Really happy with my new bike from here. I ordered online, it was by far the best price for the bike I bought, and I got an email within an hour to say it was being built, then another one the same afternoon to say it was despatched. I received it 3 days after I ordered, with a tracked shipping service. I had to call them with a query after I opened the box, and they answered super quickly and explained what I needed to know. A very smooth transaction and I’d recommended them!
Excellent company. Called before I ordered to ask a few questions about the product. Good advice given and even held the parcel delivery dispatch date as I would not be at home to receive it. Correspondence throughout was excellent. I would highly recommend this business. 10/10.
