"Welcome to {my}dentist Alexandra Road, Swansea. We are a 4-surgery practice only a short walk away from the High Street with great transport links and limited on-street parking. We currently have 3 Clinicians available offering both NHS and private treatments including Invisalign, Teeth Whitening and Dentures. We also have a Hygienist available one day a week. Booked an appointment with the hygienist for friday 20th January 2023. Booked a morning off work and travelled 15 miles for the appointment. On arrival I was told a 'temp' had booked the wrong friday 'on the system' and I couldn't be seen. No apology, no effort to slot me in. Since Covid, this practice has gone downhill !
Booked in for a crown fitted 4 /5 months ago and guess what? CANCELLED. Took an age for another appointment. Finally had the prep work done. Had date to have the crown fitted and guess what? CANCELLED.had a date for treatment got up early after night's had a phone call saying can't do the job today. Constantly being let down. I find that since the practice has gone to my dentist that's all they are interested is your money. I only wish it could go back to the old days where dentists really cared. Bring back Ian every day of the week. My dentist knows it's got you by the short and curlys. 0 out of 10 rating
Irina is a calm,thoughtful,kind and lovely dental nurse and Jayne is also all these ,my experience has been fabulous each visit and the ladies at reception are great too,for no complaints about this practice
Fantastic dentist surgery! I have had a fear of going to the dentist all my life but since going here my fear has been reduced hugely! i am made to feel welcome and comfortable straight away, the dentist and his assistant are always so polite friendly and they explain everything they are doing. I had no problem rating them 5 stars. Thanks guys
My wife and I and our two children have been going here for over 20 years - the children since they were infants now 16 and 19. The staff have been fantastic every single time. Craig, our dentist, has always been great, courteous and thoughtful and is highly skilled at his job. The staff - nursing and secretarial, are also always polite, understanding and helpful. My mother-in-law, 93, has been attending since she came to live with us and I have been consistently impressed by the treatment which she has received. I have not the slightest hint of a criticism - only fulsome praise. If you are looking for a Dentist then you could not pick better.
After suffering for a week with an infectiom, horrendous pain and no sleep I visited the dentist on Friday after a week on antibiotics. Informed that I had to have an extraction. Worked myself up all day today worrying about it and turned up terrified. Within 10 minutes it was all done and the offending tooth was out. I honestly didn't feel a thing and my mouth is totally pain free. Couldn't be happier, and on the hottest day of the year the aircon was very welcome! Can't thank you enough for the treatment I received.
I’ve been going here since I was a kid, the service and staff is absolutely excellent! Had veneers done recently and I’m absolutely over the moon with them made such a difference in my appearance and my confidence! Any problems I’ve had they’ve always fitted me in straight away and fixed any issues I was having! Highly recommend this dentist I wouldn’t go any else!
Always a warm welcome. I'm not a very good dental patient my fear sometimes gets the better of me yet I am always made to feel comfortable and put at ease. I cant praise every single member of staff enough. Fantastic dental practice. They really do go above and beyond
I have been attending this dentist for over 30 years and my last visit was as all others. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, my appointment was on time and the dentist is phenomenal. He is thorough, professional with an excellent attitude to customer care.
Have always used this dentist since I was a child, in fact my whole family go there. I’ve always had friendly and efficient service and have always been very happy. They are also working hard through the pandemic to continue to offer their services.
