I had my grandmother's old mantle clock in for a repair and they instructed me it would cost quiet a bit because it was a manual clock. They also advised me that a good and cheaper option would be to put a quartz movement in and the clock would look exactly the same but be run by a battery. They returned the old movement just in case I ever wanted it fit back in. They did a amazing job! Really good service and helpful staff.

My mom lost her engagement ring few years ago and we were looking for a new ring that looked like the one she lost it. I went to the shop to look for one, but a very helpful staff member told me that they could make one like the one we lost. We agreed straight away and for our surprise the ring looked almost exactly the same as the one she lost it. I am very pleased.

I went in shop with a big full of old pieces that my gramma left for us, and the lady in the shop kindly went thought all of them and told me what they were or if they were any value, and didn't charge us anything. Good service.
