I bought a Rotary watch for my wife a few months ago , It cost £120 . Within a couple of months the Bracelet part became unable to fasten up . We went back to shop and we were told that the watch would sent back to manufacturers as it was still under guarantee and that they will either repair it or give us a new one. Today after nearly a month I received a phone call from this jewellers saying the manufactures are not prepared to repair the watch free of charge as the watch had been tampered with , This is completely untrue . Also if I decided to have my wife's watch repaired by them it would be at a cost of £60 plus VAT . What a complete con . I am not a happy man .

When searching for a special gift or a great watch, I always find the right one at a good price. Why? Because I can see and touch the items and the assistants know their products really well. Great after sales service too!

We bought our engagement and wedding rings here a few years back,spend nearly a grand and within a few weeks of wearing it my wedding ring was so badly scratched. Took it back and was told it was wear and tear-what on a new ring! They refused to do anything and even told us not to bother taking it further as would be told same thing. Would not recommend this shop if you want decent stuff that lasts then go elsewhere.
