Ross and Jana created a stunning engagement ring for my fiance. They drew sketches from my very raw initial ideas and solicited and incorporated feedback at key stages in the process. The customer service was superb and attention to detail in terms of realising the look I wanted was outstanding. They also made the wedding rings which were just perfect as well. Great work guys!

Omg!!! What can I say, I'm actually speechless. Ross and Jana are brilliant at what they do. I told them my vision to my engagement ring only the one time over the phone and did they deliver? Oh yes they did. My ring is more then what I'd hoped for, it's everything a dream. I can't stop looking at my hand/finger!! Love working with you guys, you are amazing, very humbled and kind!! Can't thank you both enough. I look forward to you making our wedding bands but this meeting will have to be face to face as I need to give you both a massive hug!! I'm so pleased my awesome fiance allowed me to design my ring, the collaboration was off the chain. I highly recommend Ross and Jana a million times over!! I wanted something different and something special for a 25th wedding anniversary present for my wife. Ross was amazing being able to make a wing bracelet in what I thought was an unachievable time frame. It is special, it is hand made, it is different and these elements are so important. Thank you so much, it made our anniversary that really special occasion. Many thanks again..... Gary. Oh and the matching earrings were pretty awesome too, all in silver of course.

I asked Jana to create 2 necklaces for my girls Christening. I wanted something simple and timeless that would grow with them. Jana understood my requirements and was able to bring to life what I was looking for. She asked all the right questions to get to a perfect necklace and also hit my deadline a week early. The quality of Jana Reinhardt Jewellery is second to none and the service I received was perfect.
