I am a paraplegic and I visited on Saturday the weekend gone and my experience was awful. I was needing assistance in helping get some mangoes for my 11 year old special needs daughters birthday cake and no one helped me even when I asked two members of staff. To think I can’t even stand and no one helped. My daughter who was with me at the time was extremely upset and ended up having a meltdown whilst in the car park afterwards. Her birthday was completely ruined. I will not be returning and will choose to get a delivery from the competitive supermarket instead. You have lost a loyal customer today.
Always been a shopper at the big 2, Tesco and Asda. However after spending a small fortune each week we decided to try our local Aldi. We haven't looked back since. You can get all you want and more at a fraction of the price. We are converts!
Prices are betwen low and bit hight quality is ok but not the best
A very well-stocked shop. You can buy good quality vegetables and meat there, and there are many great offers. The service is very nice and helpful.
Shop could do with a good clean and tidy up. Lady who served me abrupt on the till.
