I always receive good custoer service most products that i require are in stock easy layout to find what you want and no quibble should you need to return or exchange goods

Asda Burnley is ok but the cafe is not up to scratch. We waited to be served fir quite a while before the Asda colleague acknowledged our presence despite us being the inly ones in the queue! Our order was taken and arrived tepid and without the toast that we had ordered. I went to the counter to remind the staff but still it didnt arrive so I had to go to the counter again to ask for it! It arrived just as I was finishing my breakfast! The roof also leaked and we were bombarded with splatters of rain. The toilets were clean and tidy though!

Friendly place with very good customer sercice. Was never nervous to ask for help and staff were quick and efficient to get what I needed in the quickest time

Purchased a fresh bunch of flowers at a cost of £10. Several lilly flower heads dropped off before I got home. Very poor and not worth the money
