After being advertised to come to the work shop to have a look a sewing machines by Alan!! We did so. I told Alan I needed a machine capable of sew heavy leather, rubber, and jute material. I also told him I no nothing about sewing machines and need his help choosing one. He took me to one Machien an told me this was the best one on the market. I said ok what’s the price £1795 .So I payed him and went home. We opened the box to assemble the stand it had no instructions nor did the sewing machine. I call Alan he told me it wasn’t rocket science to build so I went on line to find more information on this machine and noticed this was for sale all over the uk build and delivered to you address for close to £600. I called Alan back to see why he had charged me so much his answer was I can charge what I want!! We’ll be seeking legal advice. My advice to anyone about to deal with this company is to KEEP AWAY. I would let him in my garden never mind my house.
