Came with my sister to buy a car today, and I’d like to say how lovely and friendly Steven was and how easily processed everything was with him. Also in parts, Michael, was friendly& fabulous with helping us decide on things we needed to make her ride even better. Very very great service in both departments. Worth more than 5*
Had my car serviced here and it was fine for what it was. I found the cleaning in and out the car to be a bit sub par, which left a bad impression regarding whether my car was actually serviced well. Usually you feel the difference in the engine and clutch after a good service but nothing this time. Otherwise the staff seemed very courteous and the coffee machine inside is very nice whilst you wait. Wish I didn't have to leave the car there for the entire day!
Steven Murray is a fantastic sales person. He had a lot of patience with me finding my perfect car within my budget. A friendly, professional and approachable salesman, who I’ve been lucky to have found to find me a new car!
Steven is awesome though we have plenty of questions. It’s our first London car here but he’s always very patient in answering our questions and he doesn’t mind spending extra time replying our tedious emails after work. What’s most important is that he shared with us his professional advice on choosing the right car and getting it insured.
We've dealt with Steven Murray several times over the years when purchasing our cars. He's always pleasant and very efficient to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying a car.
Would give zero if possible. Shocking customer service. Had to take my car elsewhere to be repaired after paying for a service and MOT. Was promised the manager would call to discuss our issue and never heard anything. I’d expect better when paying for a premium service. Do not recommend, avoid if you can.
Very happy with our new car and the excellent customer service we received from Steven Murray. Really felt he went above and beyond and will definitely be returning next time we’re changing cars.
Ralph what a legend! He gives you the best customer service, he takes the time to know you and your needs as an individual, you never feel like your just another customer with him. I have delt with Ralph over the last 2years and 2cars in i have never felt like a customer even when I was on him for updates he always made me feel like family, always taking the time to listen and talk not always about the deal at hand but in general. This year alone before he finally handed me the keys to my new Golf R-Line, we hit a few walls in the process from one car to the next, I wanted to just give in and settle but Ralph wouldn't let me he knew what I wanted and what my base trim was and refused to just let me settle on a car for the sake of it knowing I wouldn't enjoy it to the fullest. I have and will continue to recommended Ralph he is an asset to VW and a genuine guy.
I dealt with Steven Murray, he was very helpful and attentive. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I felt very well informed about what I was purchasing. Great service!
Steven Murray was very friendly and professional. He gave me all the information I required. He went out of his way to show me a car in the Hampstead branch a couple of hours after visiting the New Southgate branch. I confirmed I wanted the car on a Monday and picked it up on the Friday. The whole process went very smoothly and want to thank Steven for his great service.
