I made my service booking online back in April, 2022. An oil change and an air conditioning service. Not a big job, but interim. I visited the Whetstone Audi dealership: July 2022. I was sent an acknowledgment email after my booking was made online and a further email confirmation. Closer to the date of service; one sms and one email the evening before my service booking to self check-in and to leave my keys in a safe place. The estimated job completion time: circa 2hrs. I did call one month prior and was assured my job will be attended to at the quoted time: 8am. I arrive at Whetstone Audi and the customer car park is very small, half of the bays are reserved for electric cars including designated charging points and I did not wish to block/use this space. I spoke with Jamie throughout my service booking. Jamie confirmed to me that my booking should have been cancelled earlier in the week as the work bays they have working; only two are in order. Of a total of 8? These remaining work bays are out of action. I was informed that I should have been contacted. I wasn’t. After some heated conversations, Jamie de-escalated the situation by offering me a slot same day due a recent cancellation. I went to nearby cafe to wait and cool off. I returned two hours later and my car was due completion. I eventually left this dealership at 11am after paying via the Bumper service plan handy for split payments. The staff that I spoke with had a genuine interest in me and my Audi. Including Jamie, which suggests to me these folks are enthusiasts, like myself. All my paperwork was in order as was the Audi camera and presented to me in good time at the dealership. Jamie is a good person here as there was administrative issues out of his remit/control. One star dropped for small car park. One star dropped for no phone call prior or communication, as I could have been turned away.
Where do I begin , MARIUS con whetstone Audi dealership . I’d just turned 18 when I went to Audi dealership to look at vehicles . Marius was my salesman and was very eager to sell me the car. I really liked the car, beautiful vehicle - however it was my first time buying, I was incredibly young and was not in a position where I could have someone accompany me at the dealership which looking back now, Marius had taken SIGNIFICANT advantage of. What I didn’t know Marius had other plans - the car price was £24,000 all in all he sold me the car for £35,000 unwanted packages highest interest he did not break this down for me which was very unprofessional and what he told instead “ im giving you the best deal my friend” he did not inform me of the balloon payment which is £12,000 which I had no clue about . When I was buying the car, 20 salesman had surrounded the table which back then I didn’t know why , now I know it was because he was robbing me broad daylight & the other salesman’s could not believe what they were seeing . On top of this, no one stepped in when they saw Marius was taking advantage over the fact I was young, new buyer and this “deal” was going to affect me financially for the next upcoming years. Now Audi are offering me £18,200 to buy the vehicle off me that barely settles my finance . One word of advice stay away from MARIUS and Whetstone Audi all together .
I just had my service at Whetstone Audi, excellent customer care from the moment I arrived. All the work explained clearly which was going to be done to my vehicle. Excellent communication throughout. Joel and Ranjit answered all my questions and offered advice on what I should do and when. Very friendly people, great efficient service. Well done and really appreciated. Thank you Audi Whetstone.
I had a great experience at Whetstone Audi with Ranj and Georgia looking after my service and dealing with questions regarding extended warranty. They took the time and effort to assist me throughout. They kept me constantly updated on progress and ensured that my car was waiting for me on arrival. Great service from the team at Whetstone. Outstanding service from beginning to end. Team reached out well in advance to book the service appointment and were helpful in answering my questions. Received timely reminders and a great online checkin app ahead of time. The hire car service they provided by a 3rd party was on point. The customer experience upon arrival for drop off and collection was faultless. The online automated aspects - documents, checkin, video etc were great. Overall an excellent customer experience. Definitely recommend Audi Whetstone thank you team!

I had my V10 R8 serviced here recently. Whetstone Audi are a well oiled machine offering excellent customer service all around. The service was completed swiftly by Faruk, a Master Technician who provided a walk-around head cam health check of my car, giving it a clean bill of health. Shauna, who was managing the process, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She's an asset to Whetstone Audi. I can't fault them.
Great experience at whetstone audi. I had the option to go to a closer Audi showroom but Manny has made it worth the travel. He really took his time with me and my family, asked us all the necessary questions. Did not push for add ons but simply catered to my needs. Would recommend Manny to anyone that is looking to buy new at Audi!
Thank you for the 5-star service Shauna and Whetstone Audi! My service and MOT was so straightforward, I got there early dropped of key. Had a couple of complimentary coffees and and hour or so later my car was washed and ready. During my wait I received an Audicam video of the underside of the car from Damian the technician and there was just a slight tyre cut he noticed. I paid by card and received all the paperwork by email, really impressed and will be back again.
