Excellent service, response and affordable. I called on Friday lunchtime and requested a visit for Saturday afternoon, which was arranged by a very pleasant chap with no bother at all. Our tank hadn't been emptied for 8 years and is not ideally positioned however, the friendly guy who came out was very helpful and managed to clear all the blockages for us quickly and efficiently. They didn't require cash or payment upon arrival either and allow you to settle by invoice after the emptying. I would recommend them not not only due to the quick response and good service, but also for the fact their website is quite helpful and informative, and it was easy to do business with them.

We had occasion to require this service recently and after reading a review on here decided to use this company. I cannot praise their response and approach highly enough. Our system had been somewhat neglected by previous occupants/owners but thanks to the dedication and professional approach they gave to the job we are 100% sorted. Above and beyond is the only way to describe their service...Thank you all. You now have another set of happy (and regular) customers.

We've used AJ Parton's to empty our tank on several occasions, there service has always been 1st class. However on Christmas Eve this year, they went way and above the call of duty; our tank was full at 8.00pm on xmas eve, we couldn't even flush our toilet! I called A J Parton and they came out and emptied my tank 1st thing on Xmas morning.....I have never known such good service, ever! I would only ever use AJ Parton and would not hesitate to recommend them. Unbelievable service, thank you. Craig (Bradley nr Stafford)
