I had a very different experience to the previous reviewer.  The chap I spoke to was helpful, and patient as I was deciding on which of two items to buy.  The price was cheaper than elsewhere once the included accessories were taken into account.  These were extra at other stores so £20 cheaper all in all.  I was not treated like a tourist although I am only visiting the area. Whilst I have not tried my purchase yet, I don't doubt for a moment that an exchange or refund would be offered if it was defective. A very friendly experience and I would recommend this shop.  Thank you

This store is a typical tourist ripoff shop.
not only did they  sell a BB gun , knowing it was for a ten year old(illegal i think). the product was faulty on opening. we should have been suspicious as  other products they tried before they bought were also faulty. when confronted with selling faulty products, we received the typical short termist view of a tourist ripoff shop. rude , obnoxious, accusatory. If considering buying from this store , check the prices ( they are significantly more expensive in most things) . make sure you dont need to take it back as you will be confronted by an uneducated oik with not one iota of customer service skill or care. His bad attitude epitomises why retailing in this unprofessional two bit format is dead forever , it is businesses like this that has enabled the internet to be such a great success. this guy should be retired ungracefully and hidden from the public.
