Great place to go and have a sail or possibly paddle board ext. Friendly staff and good instructors all together it was a great experience. Will be recommending this place to all I know.

Tried paddle boarding for the first time and would highly recommend using Cardigan Bay Watersports. We hired two boards (my children shared a board but will prefer one each in future), buoyancy aids were provided and wet suits are available for a small additional charge. The hire of each board was £16 and after an introduction to the board by patient and knowledgeable staff and we were on the water. Was surprisingly easy to get into a standing position - no doubt helped by the shallow and calm sea in this part of the bay. Would highly recommended and we'll certainly be back. Thank you.
